FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

General Info & Getting Started

1. What are MPL educational courses like?
Our 9-week courses are held as live, online Persian classes. We offer two format options: A once-a-week schedule consisting of one 60-minute class per week (9 sessions in total). A twice-a-week schedule consisting of two 60-minute classes per week (18 sessions in total), where each online Persian class lasts for one hour.
2. Are these courses only for children, or can adults also participate?
Our academy offers dedicated courses for all age groups. Children's courses are designed with game-based methods, songs, and animations to make language learning sweet and engaging for them. Adult courses are completely separate and tailored to their individual, academic, or professional needs, as well as daily conversational or family goals.
3. What platform are the classes held on? Do we need to install specific software?
Our online classes are held on specialized virtual education platforms. Yes, software installation is required to attend these classes. However, do not worry about the technical steps at all; our support team will send you the software download and installation link along with your exclusive class entry link and a complete guide before the term begins, ensuring you can join the class completely stress-free.
4. My child has no prior familiarity with the Persian language; can they participate in the classes?
Yes, absolutely! A large number of our language learners started from absolute zero (Zero Beginner). For these dear students, we have special educational packages that begin teaching from the most basic alphabet and words, using images, interactive games, and creative visual methods so that the child can gradually become familiar with the Persian language without needing any prior background.
5. Is enrolment only possible at the beginning of academic terms, or can we start in the middle of a term?
Since our classes at the academy are held completely privately (one-on-one), you face no restrictions regarding your start date. There is no need to wait for the beginning of a specific term or season; at any time of the year you desire, the exclusive educational content will be compiled for you or your child, and you can begin your online Persian learning term immediately.
6. How can we finalize our enrolment?
The enrolment process is very simple. Following the consultation session and once the class days and hours are coordinated based on your schedule, a payment link or invoice will be sent to you. Upon settling the tuition, your enrollment is finalized in the system and the class reservations will be registered under your name. Afterwards, the education department will send you the software installation link and the class link.
7. Are classes held at fixed days and times, or can the schedule be changed weekly?
Are classes held at fixed days and times, or can the schedule be changed weekly? Answer: To maintain educational discipline and ensure teacher availability, classes are fixed at specific days and times at the beginning of each term. However, in exceptional cases, temporary adjustments can be made with prior coordination.
8. What is the main difference between your private courses and semi-private classes?
In our private courses, 100% of the teacher's focus and lesson time is dedicated to a single student and their specific needs. In semi-private classes, the focus is on small group interactions and collaborative practices between two or more students of the same level.
9. Are certificates awarded to students at the end of the courses?
At our academy, a special completion certificate is awarded once a student fully completes the Persian alphabet learning series and achieves total mastery over it. Standard certificates are not issued for regular terms, as our focus remains on continuous qualitative assessment.
10. Can students join your courses from anywhere in the world?
Absolutely! We are proud to have a vibrant, global community of learners. Our online academy perfectly accommodates different time zones, successfully supporting students who are learning Persian in the United States, France, Italy, Turkey, New Zealand, Australia, Canada, England, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Germany, and many other countries. No matter where you are located, we ensure a seamless and convenient schedule for your lessons.

Class Structure & Methodology

1. What educational methodology do your online classes use for children?
Our academy's exclusive methodology is fully interactive, dynamic, and game-based (Gamified Learning). We teach the Persian language through storytelling, engaging animations, songs, music, and digital games, ensuring that the learning process progresses naturally and delightfully without any pressure or boredom.
2. What is the academic and educational background of the academy's teachers?
All teachers at our academy are experienced, specialized, and carefully selected instructors in the field of teaching languages to bilingual children. They are not only fluent in the structure of the Persian language and modern educational methods, but they are also fully familiar with child psychology and ways to engage audiences in online classes, ensuring a happy and dynamic environment for your child.
3. How do you keep children engaged and motivated in a live online Persian class?
This is one of our teachers' core specialties. In our private classes, there is 100% focus on a single child. The instructor prevents any loss of focus by constantly shifting activities (such as blending digital games with drawing or singing), using colorful visual tools, offering creative rewards, and actively engaging the child during every second of the session.
4. Are your online classes held in groups or privately?
All core classes at our academy are held completely privately (one-on-one). This structure allows the teacher's full attention to be focused on your child, ensures the pace of teaching matches their exact learning speed, and gives the child the maximum possible time to speak and practice without any shyness or stress.
5. On what basis is the educational class level determined?
We do not have traditional placement tests or stressful exams. At our academy, the very first session—which is the "Orientation Session" and an integral part of your child's term—is when the teacher implicitly assesses the child's listening and speaking skills through a friendly chat, games, and warm interaction, completely stress-free. Based on the feedback from this initial session, a personalized lesson plan tailored to your child's specific needs is then compiled for the remainder of the term.
6. On what basis are the academy's educational books and resources compiled or selected?
Our educational resources and books are meticulously compiled and curated by our second language acquisition experts, tailored precisely to the cognitive and cultural traits of bilingual children living abroad. Furthermore, throughout the term, supplementary educational content is designed based on the child's personal interests (like their favorite animations or topics) to build a deeper connection with the material.
7. What types of homework or practice are assigned after each session?
To reinforce learning, small and target-oriented practices—including beautifully designed writing worksheets—are sent directly after each session based on the lesson's topics. We avoid heavy and exhausting traditional homework; instead, these targeted practices are paired with fun, creative challenges to keep the Persian language actively flowing in the child's daily life.
8. On what basis is the educational content in private classes selected or designed?
One of the unique features of our academy is the creation of completely customized content. In this methodology, the educational material for each course is designed and developed precisely based on the academic level, needs, goals, and most importantly, the specific interests of each learner, making the Persian language learning process highly engaging, relatable, and practical for them.
9. My child has a short attention span in online classes or gets tired quickly; what is your methodology for these children?
This is a completely natural concern. In our private academy sessions, our instructors—who are trained in child psychology—adjust the rhythm of the class to perfectly match your child's stamina and engagement levels. The use of interactive digital games, short reward-based breaks, and constantly varying our dynamic teaching tools effectively prevents children from becoming tired or distracted.

Financial & Enrolment Policies

1. What payment methods do you accept for tuition fees, and how is the process
The payment process is highly transparent; our finance department will issue and send you an official invoice upon enrollment confirmation. For students within Australia, payments are made via direct bank transfer in AUD. For international students residing outside of Australia, we accept secure and trusted payment options through platforms such as Wise, PayPal, or Western Union.
2. Are the educational packages sent by the academy refundable or returnable?
The package of books can only be returned for a refund if the packaging remains completely unopened and sealed. Please note that the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping costs.
3. What is the payment deadline for the invoice after it is issued, and what happens in the event of a delay?
To finalize the class schedule reservation and the instructor's planning, the deadline for invoice payment is a maximum of one week (7 days) after issuance. If payment is not settled within this timeframe, the system will automatically cancel the temporary reservation, making the slot available to other students. If for any reason you require more time, please coordinate with the financial support team before the deadline expires.
4. Is it possible to pay the tuition fee in installments?
No, currently, installment payments are not available. Finalizing the enrollment and reserving the class slots in the system require full settlement of the issued invoice prior to the start of the term.
5. Are course books included in the tuition fee?
No, the tuition fee only covers the educational instruction. Course books must be purchased separately.
6. Is there an extra fee for rescheduling, and how are missed classes handled?
Due to our fully booked schedules, we can only accommodate one make-up class per term at no extra charge. This session will either be scheduled during the term or added to the very end, as we can only extend the term by a maximum of one week.

Attendance & Rescheduling

1. What conditions apply if a student is absent for a session and has given prior notice?
We completely understand that parents' schedules can sometimes change unexpectedly. If you inform our support team at least 24 hours in advance, the session will not be forfeited. However, to maintain regular class scheduling and fairness to our instructors, we can only accommodate a maximum of one make-up class per term under these conditions.
2. What is the academy's policy in the event of a delay or absence without prior notice?
To maintain classroom discipline and respect our instructors' time, if a student is absent or fails to attend without prior notice (less than 24 hours), that session will unfortunately be considered conducted, and it will not be possible to reschedule it. In the event of a delay, the class will still conclude precisely at its originally scheduled time to prevent overlapping with the teacher's subsequent sessions.
3. Is it possible to permanently change the class day or time in the middle of the term?
Yes, this is possible; however, since our instructors' schedules are reserved and finalized in advance, any permanent change to the class time is subject to the availability of your desired slot in the teacher's schedule or the possibility of coordinating with another instructor. Our support team will make every effort to accommodate your new schedule.
4. What is the policy regarding online classes on public holidays?
Since our academy's students come from various countries with different academic calendars and holidays, whether or not a class is held on a public holiday is determined entirely based on prior coordination between the parents and the instructor. This ensures there is no interruption in your child's Persian language learning journey.
5. Is it possible to arrange intensive classes (e.g., prior to a trip or for special occasions)?
Yes, since our academy's courses are conducted completely privately, we offer this flexibility. In coordination with the support team and subject to availability in the instructors' schedules, you can increase the number of sessions per week to achieve your desired level of proficiency within a shorter timeframe prior to your trip.
6. Is it possible to hold classes while traveling?
Yes, absolutely! One of the greatest advantages of online learning is its geographical flexibility. You can maintain your classes even while traveling; all you need is a device (laptop or tablet) and a stable, high-quality internet connection to ensure your child's learning journey continues without interruption. (Please ensure you coordinate with your instructor in advance if your local time zone changes during your travels).
7. How are missed classes handled, and can we reschedule multiple sessions?
Due to our fully booked schedules, we can only accommodate one make-up class per term. This session will either be scheduled during the term or added to the very end, as we can only extend the term by a maximum of one week.

Our Values & Cultural Importance

1. Why is preserving and learning the mother tongue vitally important for children living abroad?
The mother tongue is not just a tool for communication; it is a deep bridge connecting a child to their identity, cultural roots, and extended family. Research shows that bilingual children who master their mother tongue exhibit higher self-confidence and enhanced learning abilities in other languages at school. Our academy makes this journey smooth and delightful for your child.
2. Why should I choose your academy instead of looking for a local private Persian tutor?
Our difference lies in our "exclusive bilingual methodology," "dedicated support team," "and continuous quality monitoring." While a local tutor often relies on traditional methods, our carefully selected instructors are specifically trained in online game-based learning and the psychology of children living abroad. Furthermore, your child's education won't be disrupted if an individual tutor leaves, as the academy always stands behind you.

Adult Courses

1. Are these courses only for children, or can adults also participate?
No, we offer completely separate and specialized courses for adults as well. These classes utilize adult learning methodologies, focusing on practical conversation, business or immigration goals, or communicating with an Iranian spouse and family. Their structure is entirely distinct from our children's classes.
2. I have no prior background in the Persian language; can I still participate in the adult course?
Yes, absolutely! Our adult courses cater to absolute beginners. Our instructors will patiently guide you through modern second-language acquisition techniques for adults, taking you from the most foundational structures to fluency in everyday conversations.
3. My spouse works and has limited time; is the adult class schedule flexible?
Yes, we completely understand the busy schedules and professional commitments of working adults. Our online adult courses are highly flexible and can be scheduled at various times throughout the day or even on weekends. This ensures they can easily integrate learning Persian into their weekly routine without any work-related stress or conflicts.

Assessment & Progress

1. How will I be informed about my child's progress and academic status?
Our academy features a continuous assessment system. At the end of each term or specific milestones, instructors provide detailed periodic progress reports and descriptive report cards covering the learner's performance in listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, ensuring you are fully aware of your child's growth and strengths.
2. What happens if a student struggles with a specific skill, such as reading or writing?
Our educators closely monitor each student’s individual journey. If a student is struggling with a particular skill, the instructor adapts the lesson focus, provides targeted worksheets, and shares practical guidance with parents to help close the gap effectively.

Technical Requirements

1. What tools or platforms do we need to participate in the online classes?
Our online classes run on a very simple and user-friendly platform. The only requirements are an internet-connected device (laptop, tablet, or computer) equipped with a working webcam and microphone, along with a stable internet connection. The communication platform details and class link will be sent to you by support prior to your first session.
2. What should we do if we encounter technical difficulties or internet disconnections during a class?
Brief and unexpected internet disconnections are completely normal. In the event of any technical issues, the instructor will manage the session until you reconnect. Additionally, the academy's technical support team is available during class hours to assist you in resolving any issues quickly if needed.

Consultation & Placement

1. I am not sure which course or how many sessions per week would be best for my child; is there a consultation option available?
Yes, absolutely! Our educational consultants will hold a dedicated consultation session with you prior to final enrollment. By reviewing the learner's age, language background, goals, and available schedule, they will recommend the best class format (private or semi-private) and optimal weekly routine for your child.
2. If my child or I have no prior background in Persian, do we still need a placement and consultation session?
If the learner is an absolute beginner, a formal language placement test is not required, and they can directly start from our foundational level. However, we still highly recommend a brief consultation session to meet the instructor, discuss learning goals, and ensure all technical setups are fully working for a smooth start.
3. At what age can my child start learning Persian at the academy?
Our specialized children's courses typically start from age 4, utilizing fully game-based methodologies, poems, and drawing. For each age group (toddlers, children, and teenagers), distinct content and teaching methods are designed based on developmental psychology.

Learning Materials & Homework

1. Is it required to purchase educational materials and textbooks, and how do we access them?
Yes, purchasing the recommended textbooks is mandatory for children. Our experts have selected materials that closely align with the curriculum structure of schools abroad. Children must use the original, printed version of the book, as handling physical pages has a significant impact on their learning. For your convenience, the academy procures and provides these books directly to you, and the cost is covered by the parents. For adults, however, all learning resources are provided digitally as PDF files free of charge.
2. What is the volume and type of homework assigned, ensuring it doesn't overwhelm the child?
Homework at our academy is purposeful, structured, and carefully balanced. In addition to engaging tools like online games and short cartoons, we assign essential reading and writing exercises to ensure students fully consolidate their learning throughout the week. However, these assignments are never excessive, tedious, or overwhelming, taking only about 10 to 15 minutes a day. Our goal is to maintain learning continuity in a happy, stress-free environment.

Our Courses & Programs

1. What types of courses and programs does your academy offer?
Our core curriculum focuses on comprehensive Persian language education, offering specialized programs for both children and adults. For young learners, we provide interactive, game-based Farsi courses tailored for toddlers up to continuous conversational levels (Levels K1 and K2). For adult learners, we offer structured programs from absolute beginners to intermediate speaking levels (Levels A1 and A2). In addition to our core language programs, we offer specialized cultural and artistic courses including painting, calligraphy, and music. These programs are designed to enrich our students' learning experience and connect them deeper with cultural arts.
2. Are your painting, calligraphy, and music courses available for both children and adults?
Yes, our cultural and artistic courses—including painting, calligraphy, and music—are specially designed for both children and adults. Classes are separated by age group and skill level to ensure the teaching style and pace are perfectly suited for every student.
3. Do the cultural and artistic courses (such as music and calligraphy) require any prior background or experience?
Not at all. All of our artistic and cultural courses are taught starting from the absolute beginner and foundational levels. The primary goal of these classes is to discover talent, foster interest, and build a meaningful cultural connection, and our instructors will guide students step-by-step.
4. How are the required tools and instruments provided for the artistic and music courses?
For painting and calligraphy courses, a list of simple, required supplies will be shared with you before the term starts so you can prepare them. For music courses, having the instrument at home for practice is essential; during the first session, the instructor will provide expert guidance to help you purchase the right instrument.

Support & Communication

1. Do students stay in touch with their instructors during the week, outside of regular class hours?
Yes, communication between the learner and the instructor is not limited to class hours. Designated communication channels are established for troubleshooting, submitting assignments, and maintaining learning continuity, allowing students to stay in touch with their teacher throughout the week and receive feedback.
2. Are coordination meetings held between parents and the management or instructor?
Yes, we highly value parents' involvement in their child's educational journey. In addition to periodic reports, short consultation sessions can be arranged upon request or as needed to review the child's progress and ensure close coordination between the home and the academy.
3. How is the direct communication between parents, the instructor, and the academy management structured?
For each student, we create a dedicated communication group that includes the parents, the instructor, and the Director of Modern Education Programs. All daily coordination, assignment submissions, questions, and progress updates take place directly within this group, ensuring a seamless and highly responsive support system throughout the week.
