My Persian Learning Academy and My Simple Learning Academy (“we”, “us”, “our”) are committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of our students, parents, and institutional clients.

    • Sending gifts

  • Class participation data (attendance and progress reports)

 

We do NOT collect:

  • Bank account details
  • Credit or debit card information
  • Government-issued identification documents

All payments are made directly to our institution’s official bank account.

 

 

  1. Student Photograph (Optional)

Providing a student’s photograph is optional.
Clients may choose not to provide a photograph without any impact on enrolment, participation, or access to classes.

 

  1. Online Classes, Audio & Video Recording

All lessons are delivered online. During classes:

  • Audio and video may be enabled
  • Classes are recorded strictly for internal purposes, including:
    • Quality assurance
    • Teacher training and supervision
    • Institutional insurance and compliance requirements

Important:

  • Recordings are not shared with parents, students, or third parties
  • Recordings are stored securely
  • All recordings are permanently deleted at the end of each term (approximately 9 weeks)

Personal information is used solely to:

  • Provide and manage educational services
  • Communicate with parents, students, and institutions
  • Prepare academic reports and progress updates
  • Maintain quality, safety, and compliance standards
